Speedshade will accept exchanges for items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Incorrectly Cut Tint:
- If you receive a tint that is miscut, we will provide a replacement. If the tint is unopened and unused, you may request a refund. This refund opportunity expires after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that for windshield tints, due to the variability in patterns across different vehicles, we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect cuts. However, we can assist you with an exchange if the tint is miscut and unopened.

Damaged During Shipping:
- If your tint arrives damaged and is unusable, we will offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the damage within 30 days of receiving the item. We rely on the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage claims.
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Certain items, including intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, please allow some processing time (up to 5 days) between financial institutions. If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, contact us at contact@speedshade.com, and we will investigate the matter further.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you need to exchange it, please follow the instructions above. If eligible for a refund, a digital gift certificate will be issued for the value of your return.
